Short Title This act shall be known as the " PHYSICAL THERAPY Practice Act". Laws 1965, c. 153, 1, emerg. eff. May 26, 1965. Definitions As used in the PHYSICAL THERAPY Practice Act: 1. " PHYSICAL THERAPY " means the care and services provided by or under the direction and supervision of a PHYSICAL therapist who is licensed pursuant to the PHYSICAL THERAPY Practice Act.

3. Each member of the Committee shall be a resident of this state. The physical therapist and physical therapist assistant members shall be licensed pursuant to the Physical Therapy
