Further, the Application and materials are subject to public disclosure under Wisconsin s Public Records Law, which means they may be released to members of the public if requested. Wis. Stat. Eligibility: You are eligible for a Pardon only if all of the following conditions apply to you: 1.
b. Completed all supervised release (e.g., probation, parole, or extended supervision). 3. You do not have any pending criminal cases or charges in any jurisdiction. 4. You are not currently required to register as a sex offender. The Pardon Advisory Board will reject, without a hearing, any applications that do not meet the above criteria.
