This SUBCHAPTER applies to the design, construction, operation, maintenance, and testing of CONVENTIONAL gravity COLLECTION SYSTEMS , CONVENTIONAL wastewater lift stations, force mains for wastewater transport, and reclaimed water conveyance SYSTEMS . Adopted November 4, 2015 Effective December 4, 2015 Edwards Aquifer. An owner who plans to install a COLLECTION system located over the Edwards Aquifer recharge zone, as defined in of this title (relating to Definitions), must design and install the COLLECTION system in accordance with Chapter 213 of this title (relating to Edwards Aquifer), in addition to this SUBCHAPTER . Adopted November 4, 2015 Effective December 4, 2015 Pipe Design. (a) Flow Design Basis. An owner must use the requirements of this section to design a gravity COLLECTION system.
