This test allows the engineer and relay technicians tovalidate all the CTs and PTs secondaries, Transformer winding configuration, protective relays and wiring correctness and value and benefit of performing this test is also shown in real world TermsTransformer, Through-Fault, Substation , Commission and INTRODUCTIONS ubstation commissioning and Testing is a critical task prior to Substation energization to ensure all equipment will functionsafely in the intended manner. Medium and large Power transformers in distribution or transmission Power system are oftenprotected by differential relay because of its high sensitivity and fast operation.
