Health and Welfare PlansEffective January 1, 2022 SUMMARY plan DESCRIPTIONThis guide presents basic information about all the health and welfare benefits provided by Harvard University ( Harvard ) under the Harvard University Flexible Benefits plan (the plan ), as of January 2022, and your rights to benefits as a plan participant.
