By participating in the Program ( earning or redeeming Cash Rewards and/or Rewards Offerings), You agree to be bound by this Rewards Agreement , and the Card Account Agreement that You received with Your Card. In the event of a conflict between the Card Account Agreement and this Rewards Agreement , the Card Account Agreement will govern, except this Rewards Agreement will govern in any matter relating to the Program . SunTrust will post any changes to this Rewards Agreement on the Website and it is Your responsibility to review the Rewards Agreement for any such changes.
