The formats for assessment of supplier are based on numerical rating to minimize subjectivity. SUPPLIER REGISTRATION AND ASSESSMENT The suppliers shall fill up the following Supplier Registration forms (SRF) as applicable: Category of Supplier FORM Annexure Page no. Type (A) a) Indigenous II 1-10 OS 11-12 QS 13 TC b) Indian Stockist/ Trader/ Distributor/ Dealer/ Authorised Agent/ Channel partner/ Indian Sales office or Subsidiary of registered foreign principal II 1-10 OS c) Foreign III 1-2 (B) Contractor VI 1-10 Parameters marked with * in SRF carry scores.
