ES-INA-SUP-102021 SUPPLEMENT DATED OCTOBER 2021 SUPERCEDING THE SUPPLEMENT DATED JULY 2021 TO THE COLLEGECHOICE ADVISOR 529 SAVINGS PLAN DISCLOSURE BOOKLET AND PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT DATED JANUARY 2021 This SUPPLEMENT describes important changes affecting the Plan. Unless otherwise indicated, capitalized terms have the same meaning as those in the Disclosure Booklet. Effective on or about November 7, 2021, CollegeChoice Advisor will begin to offer a new Year of Enrollment Portfolio and change certain Underlying Investments in both the Year of Enrollment and Individual Investment Options. The Underlying Investment changes for the Year of Enrollment Portfolios include the update of the target allocations among all Underlying Investments. The target allocation update will occur in two steps as detailed in the Target Allocation Tables beginning on page 4 below, with a partial change effective on or about November 7, 2021 and the final changes effective on or about January 14, 2022.
