SWAR AJAT I S swarajati s are Swara s set to melodious tune and rhythm. A swarajati is also called a Swaraavali . The student is introduced to singing in different speeds (Kaala s) within a single composition. Each Swarajathi is in a different Raaga. We will go over six swarajathi s in the Raaga s Bilahari, Kalyani, Harikambodhi, Kannada, Kamaach and Janjhooti.
