15,000 lbs. weekly between four locations and our food truck so we are not alone in liking them. We serve approximately 1-1/2 pounds of wings (weight before frying) which is about nine or ten wings depending on the size. Wings are served with a choice of bleu cheese or ranch, celery and carrot sticks. - enjoy.
