2 INTRODUCTION The Florida Farm Bureau Federation has compiled this Statutory Exemptions and Transportation Laws for Agricul-ture guide for use by our members. The guide contains ex-cerpts from sections of Florida Statutes pertaining to: Defi-nition of Development, Farm Buildings, Right-to-Farm, Du-plication of Regulation, Transportation and others. The purpose of this guide is to serve as a quick reference. The exemptions listed should not be taken as stand alone or out of context.
