It also describes an aligned State/Territory professional development system (PDS), and defines TA as part of an aligned PDS. The provided considerations for developing or advancing aligned PDS are built on a readiness for change process framework, with four steps focused on goal/outcome development, fit and feasibility and readiness for change, Implementation , and monitoring.
