Structure: Chemical structure of ceteareth -n, where n is variable from 2 to 100 and m is 15 or 17. Benefits A good all round emulsifier to produce o/w emulsions which are compatible with a large range of oils. It can be used alone or best combined with other emulsifiers to help stabilise the emulsion. Specifications Appearance: white to slightly yellowish pellets. Acid value: max. Hydroxyl value: 49 - 55.
