TECHNICAL RULES 1 December 2016. Revision 3. IMPORTANT NOTE: This document is subject to amendment (amendments must be made in accordance with the Electricity Networks Access Code 2004). The latest approved version of the TECHNICAL RULES (and details of any proposed amendments) are available from the Economic Regulation Authority: RULES PREFACE. The Electricity Networks Corporation, trading as Western Power , was established on 1 April 2006 by the Electricity Corporations Act (2005) (WA). Western Power is required to provide access to capacity in its electricity transmission and distribution systems in accordance with the Electricity Networks Access Code 2004 (WA) (Access Code).
