Nov 15, 2020 · Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and Rural Health Clinic (RHC) billing: - For a covered telehealth service that is also an FQHC or RHC service, the face -to-face requirement is waived, and payment is made in accordance with Chapter 5160 -28 of the Adm inistrative Code.
