Terms and Conditions of Purchase ARTICLE 1 GENERAL. The equipment, materials, or supplies ( Goods ) and/or services ( Services ) furnished by Supplier (together, the Goods and Services ). and covered by the UC Purchase Order ( PO ) and/or other agreement (which, when combined with these Terms and Conditions and any other documents incorporated by reference, will constitute the Agreement ) are governed by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein. As used herein, the term "Supplier" includes Supplier and its sub-suppliers at any tier. As used herein, UC refers to The Regents of the University of California, a corporation described in California Constitution Art.
