TESTING AND COMMISSIONING PROCEDURE FOR AIR-CONDITIONING, REFRIGERATION, VENTILATION AND CENTRAL MONITORING & CONTROL SYSTEM INSTALLATION IN GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS OF THE HONG KONG SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE REGION 2017 EDITION ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT THE GOVERNMENT OF THE HONG KONG SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE REGION PREFACE This TESTING and COMMISSIONING (T&C) PROCEDURE aims to lay down the minimum TESTING and COMMISSIONING requirements to be carried out on Air-conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation and Central Monitoring and Control System Installation in Government Buildings of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Such requirements are applicable to both new installations upon completion and existing ones after major alteration. The 2017 edition was developed from the 2012 edition by the Air-conditioning Specialist Support Group that was established under the Building Services Branch Technical Information and Research & Development Committee of the Architectural Services Department (ArchSD).
