BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows: . 1. (1) This Act may be called the ARBITRATION and CONCILIATION (Amendment) Act, 2015. Short title and (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 23rd October, 2015. commence- ment. 26 of 1996. 2.
