BlueCard is a Program that allows members of one Blue Plan to obtain health care service benefits while traveling or living in another Blue Plan s service area. Please review and become familiar with the procedures and guidelines outlined in this Manual , so that you can properly provide service to members that belong to other Blue Plans.
