This paper discusses the major noise sources of an Air-Cooled heat exchanger , the factorsaffecting the noise from each source, and how the source affects the overall noise level of the air-cooledheat industrial facilities are required to meet stringent noise requirements. These requirements areimposed to protect workers hearing and/or to meet community ordinances.
