1 THE GENERAL PROVIDENT FUND (CENTRAL SERVICE) RULES, 1960 RULE 1 – SHORT TITLE AND COMMENCEMENT 1. Short title and commencement.-(a) These rules may be called the General Provident Fund (Central Services) Rules, 1960. (b) They shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st April, 1960.
