THE IMPORTANCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL VALUES FOR organization Mitja Gorenak International School for Social and Business Studies, Slovenia Suzana Ko ir International School for Social and Business Studies, Slovenia Abstract: In this article authors aim to examine if there is any influence between how ORGANIZATIONAL VALUES are noted within organization and some performance factors of this same organization . Authors assume that there is a statistically significant correlation between the way how ORGANIZATIONAL VALUES are noted and performance factors especially in factors that are related to absentizem, loyalty of employees and employees perception of company image. Authors interest in this topic is based on a wider research they have helped conduct in this field. The research itself is based on a survey made between 303 companies in Slovenia, and with the help of analysis of variance they will try to confirm their presumptions.
