The purpose of the present study is to address the impacts of SVS on affective commitment of the Employees of Malaysian private Telecommunication companies. Variables such as SVS and job satisfaction were proposed to enhance Employees affective commitment of their organizations. SVS, job satisfaction and affective commitment were proposed as the independent, intervening and outcome variables respectively.

Job satisfaction is divided into two categories; internal and external satisfaction. The job satisfaction scale aims to assess whether an individual is satisfied with his or her job.
