THE KARNATAKA CIVIL SERVICES RULESNOTIFICATIONNo. FD 58, dated lst March exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso toArticle 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Karnatakahereby makes the following RULES , namely :-PART I - GENERAL1.
