This report discusses endodontic treatmentof three mandibular molars with a Radix Entomolaris orparamolaris, both of which are rare macrostructures inthe Caucasian population. The prevalence, the externalmorphological variations and internal anatomy of theradix Entomolaris and paramolaris are procedural errors during endodontic therapydemand an adapted Clinical Approach to diagnosis androot canal treatment.
