The Ten-Point Programme The National Resistance Council of the National Resistance Movement together with the High Command and Senior Officers of the National Resistance Army (NRA) under the chairmanship of President Yoweri Museveni have worked out proposals for a political Programme that could form a basis for a nationwide coalition of political and social forces that could usher in a new and better future for the long-suffering people of Uganda.
