This regulation prescribes the Total Army Sponsorship Program (TASP) for Regular Army and its Reserve Components (RCs). It prescribes a system to help commanders exercise their basic responsibility for the successful reception and inte-gration of Soldiers and Families into their unit, installation, facility, and community.
