Thickener/Suspending Additive for solvent based paints containing dense pigments Description Borchi Set 134 is an anti-settling agent for solventborne coatings that also acts as a viscosity modifier. Borchi Set 134 will inhibit the hard settling of coatings containing dense pigments such as barium sulfate and zinc dust. Non-volatile content 55 - 60 % ISO 3251 (2g, 3h, 105 C). solvent White-spirit with < 1 % aromatics Properties Borchi Set 134 is easy to incorporate with conventional high shear dispersing equipment. It increases sag resistance while inhibiting hard settling. The thixotropy developed by Borchi Set 134 is unaffected by temperature.
