Rule. "DEQ" means the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality. "Discharge point" means the point at which wastewater enters Waters of the State or become Waters of the State. "Domestic wastewater" means wastewater from drinking fountains, showers, toilets, lavatories and kitchens. "End-of-pipe" means the terminal points in all reclaimed water users' distribution systems.
