I, Dr Rob Davies, Minister of Trade and Industry, hereby: (a) Issue the Marketing, Advertising and Communication Sector Code in terms of section 9 (1) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act, (Act No. 53 of 2003) as amended by the B-BBEE Amendment Act No. 46 of 2013.
