The provisions on collective agreements correspondingly also apply tocollective agreements for public officials in central and local government.(3) The provisions in sections 6(2), 8(2), 10(3) and (4), and 11(1) and (3) on employmentcontracts also apply to arrangements governing the working hours of public officials incentral and local 2 Limitations to the scope of application(1) This Act does not apply to work that, on account of the nature of the employer s operations,is interrupted each year and in which the employees are, under an agreement referred to insection 30, entitled to paid leave that is at least equivalent to the annual holiday providedfor in this Act.
