TRUCKING COMPLIANCE MANAGER - DOT, health & SAFETY Division/Department: BKEP Crude, LLC Job Classification: Salaried/Exempt Hourly/Nonexempt Job Code: 1251 Reports to (title): health & Safety MANAGER Updated: 12/18/2012 POSITION SUMMARY The TRUCKING COMPLIANCE MANAGER oversees all DOT, and health & Safety COMPLIANCE for Federal and State Transportation & TRUCKING and Risk Management for Blueknight Energy Partner s Crude Oil Business TRUCKING Assets. The Position is also responsible for the Company s DOT Anti-Drug Plan and the Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan for all covered Crude Employees. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and oversee all aspects of development, implementation, standardization (where appropriate), and management of the Company s DOT TRUCKING COMPLIANCE Programs, including CMV Files, DOT Driver Qualification Files, DOT Drug/Alcohol Programs, Vehicle Inspections, Hours of Service, etc. Develop and implement standardized processes for Driver Background Checks, Pre-Employment Medical Screening & DOT Physicals, Previous Employer Release of Information, etc.
