For the Army, in an era of force structure reductions and resource shortfalls, these challenges are addressed through the development of strategies that will guide our Army for next several decades. These strategies encompass warfighting concepts which serve to identify capabilities and requirements that allow our Army to meet the obligations specified in the Defense Strategic Guidance, as well as Title 10.
