Types of Calibrations There are several types of calibrations, defined by what ports are involved and what level of correction is accomplished. These calibration types include: † Full 2-Port - This is the most commonly used and most complete calibration involving two ports. All four S-parameters (S 11, S 12, S 21, and S 22) are fully corrected.
