In the backdrop of various reforms and progress, the international credit rating giant Moody s upgraded India s credit ratings to Baa2 from Baa3 after a gap of around 13 Economic Survey 2017 -18 projects Indian economy to grow to per cent during FY2018, with FY2019 growth expected to be in the range of 7 to per cent.
