5 Results and Discussion Undoped anodic TiO2 film gives almost identical Csc-2(E) plots in cathodic and anodic scans (curve 1 in Fig. 4a). The plot is linear in the potential range from 0.15 to 0.5 V (Fig. 4b). Freshly doped TiO2 shows nonstationarity both in constant frequencies and in constant potential sections of the PDEIS
