VHA PROSTHETIC CLINICAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (PCMP) CLINICAL PRACTICE recommendations FOR PRESCRIPTION OF ELECTRIC HOSPITAL BEDS FOR THE HOME SETTING I.
