1 VICTIMS OF CRIME ACT (VOCA) PLANS FOR TRAINING VICTIM SERVICE PROVIDERS IN HAWAI`I CRIME Prevention and Justice Assistance Division, (CPJAD) Hawai`i Department of the Attorney General Introduction Hawai`i received more than $100,000 in training funds through federal VICTIMS of CRIME Discretionary Training Grant (VOCA Training Grant), a one-time fund to be expended by June 30, 2018. The focus of the funds was to ensure that Hawai`i s victim service providers were trained and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to adequately and responsibly provide services to CRIME VICTIMS in the State.
