REFUNDS Where a visa application is refused, rejected or cancelled by the Consulate concerned due to the applicant not meeting the criteria for the issue of such a visa , any refund will be limited to the amount of the Consular Fee not paid to or refunded by the Consulate. VARIATION IN COSTS Fluctuations in foreign currencies affect Consular Fees or for any other reasons at their discretion that may change overnight, Visas International reserves the right to recover any increase in such charges from the client.
