VPN is a network that uses the Internet to provide individual users with secure access to an organization s network (in this case, CSU s network). These steps may vary slightly between different web browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari). Step 1 On your home computer, open a web browser and go to Enter your 7 digit CSU ID number and password and click Login. Step 2 Download OpenVPN Connect for windows . Step 3 Run the installer that you just downloaded. Step 4 Follow the prompts on the Open VPN Client Setup Wizard. Step 5 Right-click the OpenVPN logo and click on the Connect option. Step 6 Enter your CSU ID and Password in these fields and click Connect. Step 7 To disconnect, right-click the OpenVPN logo in the bottom right corner and click Disconnect.
