This translation has been made so as to establish correct understanding about this Act to the foreigners. Unofficial translation WORKING OF ALIEN ACT, 2551 (2008) BHUMIBOL ADULYADEJ, REX. Given on the 13th Day ofFebruary 2551; Being the 63rd Year ofthe Present Reign. proclaim that: His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej is graciously pleased to Whereas it is expedient to revise the law on WORKING of ALIEN ; This Act contains certain provisions in relation to the restriction of right and liberty of person, in respect ofwhich section 29 in conjunction with section 32, section 33, section 34 and section 43 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, so permit by virtue of law; Be it, therefore, enacted by the King, by and with the advice and consent of the National Assembly, as follows: Section 1. This Act is called the " WORKING of ALIEN Act, 2551".
