OBJECTIVE #1: To maintain and improve water quality through the promotion and application of best management practices reducing soil erosion on agricultural and non-agricultural lands to tolerable levels. Actions Planned: A. Assist cooperators in reducing erosion by water, by installing 1000 feet of terraces, 5 to 8 water and sediment control basins, and 3 to 8 acres of waterways.
