• Example 5: A college Worker Retraining (WRT) specialist serves WRT students. Approximately half of those students are co-enrolled in WRT and Basic Food, Employment and Training (BFET). The specialist’s position if funded 100% from state WRT funds. However, 50% of the funds are used as leveraged funds for BFET.
