McLeod located the vessel anchored on the water near Eastpoint and observed an individual on board. Officers McLeod and Fijalkowski contacted the subject. He was subsequently arrested for grand theft, and felony amounts of marijuana were seized during the investigation. The vessel was returned to its rightful owner. GULF COUNTY
