Existing Generation Facilities Tata Power has an installed generation capacity of 12321 MW in India. The thermal power generation capacity stands at 6880 MW, while generation through clean sources such as hydro, solar, and wind stand at 3948 MW. Tata Power commissioned a total of 4000 MW at a single location, Mundra, in FY15.
