The main purpose of this work is to design and analyze control algorithms for variable speed wind turbines with pitch angle control. Moreover a goal is to study the the trade-o between minimum of torque variations and maximum energy gain. Further, the objective is to make a controller structure that is valid in the whole wind speed region.
