(B) When a matter on calendar is to be reset, the petitioner shall request in writing that the current setting be dropped (specifying the date and time of the setting). A request to reset shall be filed within 90 days of the date the request to drop was made to the court. A copy of the drop request and a copy of the first page of the petition shall
