Multiple claims for the same patient can be edited. Opens a window where a claim can be edited via an HCFA 1500 or UB Opens an Edit Template window where claim file errors can be edited/fixed. A greyed-out pencil indicates an Edit Template is not available. Edit Templates are explained here. If the pencil icon is displayed with a number (e.g.,
