CMS Manual System
The BBA of 2018 P. L. 115-123, section 53107 amended the Social Security Act (the Act) to add section 1834(v) that addresses a reduced payment for outpatient PT and OT services furnished in whole or in part by a therapy assistant, effective for claims with dates of service on and after January 1, 2022.
