Environment and Climate Change (MESTECC) commissioned a study leading to a Low Carbon Mobility Blueprint (LCMB). The objective is to assess the best options in energy and GHG mitigation planning in the transport sector, in particular land transport, using scenario analyses of a business-as-usual case and similarly for 2030.
